A note from JHMR:
Students of all abilities go on adventures and improve their skills during the 9-week Rangers program. Rangers will have a small class of children per group. Our progressive curriculum and specially trained instructors will build on skills each week, with a continuous emphasis on safety, fun, and learning. Throughout the season, children are challenged in a fun, supportive atmosphere with activities, drills, and games to help develop their skills.
Teton Village Racers and Riders will explore the mountain and improve their skills during this 9-week program. Professional instructors focus on fun with drill-oriented training, directed freeriding, and forays into the terrain park and race arena. Safety and mountain awareness are emphasized throughout the curriculum.

Kotler Ice Arena has added Friday programming to get kids on the ice all winter long learning to skate and honing their skills! Our skate coaches will adapt the session instructions to meet the needs of our registered skaters. Instruction will cover the fundamentals of balancing, standing, forward/backward skating and stopping, then progresses into edge work, power turns, single foot skating and crossovers. As students advance and qualify, coaches may begin working on beginner figure skating moves or hockey specific skate techniques.

The K-5 Skate Club Program at the Kotler Ice Arena costs $325. Skaters can receive partial or full scholarships, depending on the number of applicants and total of donations. Families who receive full scholarships are still expected to contribute a minimum small portion of their child’s fees as follows:

** Please note - These are MINIMUMS for those who are granted full scholarships. This is not what everyone who receives a scholarship will pay.
